Often I go scouting for pretty things on etsy.com that I can’t afford, but today I came across madeit.com.au, an Australian website supporting Australian independent craftsters. I think this is brilliant, because shipping from overseas on etsy (or any other site for that matter) often makes cheap and chic objects of desire cost prohibitive. Big props go to madeit.com.au and the team behind it, as well as all the sellers who’ve opened up their online shops with the site.
