Like a plump phoenix rising…

Hello, yes it’s me and I haven’t died an unpublicised internet death, in fact I’ve been tumbling and twittering like crazy.

I thought I should let you know that for the last few months, blogging has been one of those niggling things at the back of my mind… but whenever I’ve come to do it, I just haven’t had anything to write about. It seems like everyone has already blogged everything – I know when I check my google reader I often see things reblogged everywhere and it kind of annoys me. I don’t want to be one of those bloggers, so I’ve just held back.

I’ve decided that I shouldn’t do that, I should just blog about things that no one else can blog about first – my life. It’s kind of weird to put things out there publicly, so there might be some distance between us as first, but I’m going to give it a shot if not just to keep regular things happening on definatalie.com.

To start – hey that’s me in that photo there! My friend Kate took a few photos of me in this ridiculous foofy dress the other week. No silk worms died in the process (baha – see this ridiculous comment), in fact the cupcake was a fossil from one of Kate’s older shoots.
